Our Mission
The La Gorce Pine Tree HOA, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all our neighbors. We strive to create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for families and individuals alike.
Area
La Gorce or Pine Tree Drive between 51 Street on the south and 63 Street (Alton Road) on the north. Plus 63 Street between La Gorce Drive and Alton Road.
Membership Requirement
Ownership in Real Property as defined in the area above. Voluntary –ages 18 & up.
Meetings
Annual Membership Dinner Party Fourth Monday each May. Board meets on the Third Monday at 7:00 p.m. each month except for August.

Dear LaGorce & Pinetree Neighbors:
Thank you to the many neighbors that joined us for our recent Block Parties. We had a wonderful turnout, great corporate partners and lots of great food and drink.
The block parties are one of several events that the LGPT HOA sponsors throughout the year and we would love to have more but….. we need YOU.
We need your input, your participation and most importantly your generous donation of $100 usd per year to help us fund not only these events but to continue to lobby for, represent and fight for causes that improve our neighborhood and way of life.
Some of the most recent accomplishments of our HOA, all of which are funded by your $100 donation:
Bi-monthly HOA meeting (everyone is welcome, just send us your email and we will forward the invite/zoom details, we want to hear from you!)
Participation includes city managers, MB police liaisons who report on incidents related to our neighborhood but also provide updates regarding the city and its force.
Participation at local council meetings
Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce member and active participant
Annual Children's Halloween Party
Annual Block Party
Year-end Holiday Season Party
The removal of multiple problematic short term rental party houses that were having a negative effect on the neighborhood’s quality of life
Protecting multiple pre 1945 historic homes from demolition by speculators
The installation of traffic calming measures/speed humps to significantly reduce speeds and eliminating fatal accidents
Increased police patrols and traffic enforcement details
Removal of a registered sex offender from the neighborhood
Preventing the City from selling our pocket park at 63rd & Pinetree to a Developer!
Your HOA is more than just fun and games (but we do like a fun party). We would welcome your participation through not only donations but on our calls and for future events, priorities and challenges the neighborhood faces.

We are a small group of long-term residents who have lived in the neighborhood and want to continue to make it one of the best, safest and most walked around areas on the beach. Please join us as we need, and encourage, your participation and feedback.
